How to set up a booking system for your auto detail business

Furthermore, it makes it simple to capture the customer's credit card details during the booking and charge a configurable cancellation fee if they are a no show.

To get started, first register a new account with your email address. Then proceed to the next steps, which involve your business details that Stripe needs to be set up. The last step involves connecting to Stripe and finalizing your account there. Don't worry - it's pretty easy, and you can postpone this step and do it later.

After creating your account, you will be redirected into the management dashboard. This is where you can see and manage all your bookings, calendars, and customers.

Now you will need to create your first calendar. Go to the settings tab and create the calendar. Make sure to set up your daily working hours and vacation days if needed. If you have multiple people working concurrently, add more calendars.

Next create some services. Go to the Service settings and add a new service. Make sure to fill in all the fields. You can create both main services and add-on services.

You're now done! Customers can now place bookings via Reserve Rabbit. Make sure to try out some test bookings to ensure it's working properly.
